if your on the first floor, make sure you put a towel by the door, crickets can crawl under, otherwise, its a convenient safe location, not bad at all.

I was there for two weeks. The Staff from front to back was amazing! The AC worked great. The hotel itself does not change your towels they will supply you with two, and they are yours for your entire stay, you can take them with you when you leave. I would stay again, because of the accommodating staff and the price.

Unfortunately the carpet was dirty, and some insects would come out at night around the kitchen, the bathroom and the bed. The location is great, and the staff was very nice, but you need to be aware that it is in fact a three stars type of facility, so don't expect much. It is ideal for long stays for cheap.

The front desk people and the maintenance people are the nicest people you’ve ill ever meet. I enjoyed my week of peace and quiet in this very safe area. After I complete my work assignment out of town will definitely be back. Great hotel and people.

Filthy carpet, walls. Broken furniture. Paper thin walls - you can hear every peep from the sides, above and below. Staff was very nice though.

Tempe stay Feb 2024

The lobby is only open until 7 PM, so don't miss that detail. The room has no ice trays, no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, no pots, and no pans. I was just shocked no coffee maker at a minimum as most hotels have that available in the room. The staff is very nice.
