One of Old Town Scottsdale's Top Vacation rental destinations for those Looking to Get Away! No Details were over looked in making this a great Guest Experience. 4 Bedrooms plus Kids Bedroom off Master Suite. Spacious Living area with Fully Stocked and Updated Kitchen. Two Master Suites Split On Opposite Ends Of Home for Privacy. Pool Table, 5 TV's, and games for the Families. Outdoor space is a desert oasis with Sparkling Pool, Plenty of Space to Lounge by Pool, and Fire table.

The space
The home Features Two Master Suites, 2 Guest bedrooms, and a kids room off the master with 2 Bunk Beds. 9 Beds to Sleep in total. Spacious and open Concept for the home. Tastefully furnished throughout with brand new furnishes and bedding. Enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar or in the Eat In Kitchen dining area. Home has upgrades galore. Backyard is a great place to unwind with optional heated pool, lounge chairs, yard games, and a custom fire table for the Cool Winter nights.

House rules and Things to Know

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated at all. Your welcome to have fun but please remember that the people around you are not on vacation and must be respected at all times.

Quiet hours are nightly at 10 PM and strictly enforced. No loud outdoor activity is allowed past this time.

No smoking. Any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine.

Booking party must be at least 25 years of age.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give host at least 72 hours advance notice for pool heating and a payment request will be sent through VRBO.

The pool was fine. It was a little unnerving to have the cleaner running constantly especially when came out of the water and made a horrible noise like vicious animals fighting. The pool furniture was not very clean and there were some tears in the loungers.

Reality was not like the beautiful pictures posted. The house was 'basic cleaned' but not deep cleaned. On our first night we heard some animal scratching through the wall. We sent a video and photo to the property management company and they never sent anyone, poor communication. We moved our daughter to a room with bunk beds and 2 nights later her right arm is full of bed bug bites. The carpets are not clean, not sure how often linens are cleaned, but would not recommend staying here. It ruined our vacation.

Bed Bugs !!!

I would not recommend this house. Bed bugs in the master bedroom next to the pool. Woke up in the morning to bites and multiple bed bugs on the comforter and sheets. Also under the mattress. Don’t think the cleaners deep clean or inspect this place at all. Keurig coffee pot did not work. Dishes were dirty and pans had left over food on them. Bbq was filthy. Stay somewhere else!!!

Friend retreat

We had a great time! The property was very clean and the property manager was great. The washer machine was not working and was not fixed during our stay but we otherwise had an amazing time.

Good rental, you get what you expect

Overall a good stay. House is in a great location. You get what you pay for here. This is a good house for guests who are not expecting luxury or to spend a ton of time at the house. Coffee makers didn’t work, pillows were cheap, but the pool, living room, pool table were awesome. Didn’t receive check in instructions until the very last minute and had to ask multiple times for the information. Ended up getting it, and had a good stay. Overall 4/5 stars,

Daughters wedding trip

This home was very comfortable for us to stay in. The pool is large. Everything was very clean. Easily accessible from the interstate and was very centrally located for all of the activities we attended for the weekend. Neighbors were friendly. Very homey.

Excellent for groups

We had a group of 9 stay here, there were more than enough beds, and it was very spacious. The pool area was great. Great location and close to mostly everything in Scottsdale.

Good space and location but few amenities.

The location of this home is great and it is spacious for a large party. The interior was clean but the exterior needs work. Overgrown weeds and no landscaping in the back. Back yard looked like it hasn't been straightened up in a while. The beds are terrible - all very uncomfortable and the beds in both master rooms were too tall for the older member of our group to get in. Pillows are old and flat, there was no soap in the showers and no pool towels. The ice maker doesn't work and there was no propane for the grill or fire tables in the back. The property manager was responsive but it was too late when he offered to get new tanks. We have stayed at several other vacation rentals in this area and all have had much nicer amenities than this home, at about the same price.

Great property for everyone!

Our group was 7 adults and we would have not had an issue with fitting two more to join our group. The location is perfect for anyone looking to play the vast amount of golf courses in Scottsdale, conveniently located off of the 202 and the airport. Property is well kept with ample activities to stay and play or go out and venture. Although our group was mainly guys, I would not have a problem coming back with my family and extended family.

Excellent family vacation spot

This property is exactly as it is listed. Very nice layout, enough space for everyone to have their own room and a large living space and kitchen for the family to be together. The neighborhood is really nice, safe and easy to get around. Great location to tour Scottsdale and Phoenix, plus its a 2 hour drive to Sedona! We enjoy everything! Especially the pool!!
