I would like to rave about your staff - two in particular at your Avondale location - Amber and Kevin. Both welcoming and such a friendly demeanor. Amber went above and beyond to accommodate a specific request. She didn't have to but did it anyway. That was very much appreciated. It made the stay a very pleasant experience. Rooms are very run down, they are clean, but need updating. The walls are very thin you can hear everything from floors above and rooms next door. The pool is great! Heated and the spa is very nice. Breakfast is pricy and not included in the room booking.

The handicapped room was closest to the elevator, the room was large with lots of room for a wheelchair if needed. The bath area was also roomy. The premises was clean and attractive. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a breakfast and a supper while there. The food was well prepared, presented, and was nice and hot.
