Inside, the full kitchen features dual Viking ovens, and 4K smart TVs are in every room. The movie room is complete with a big, comfy couch and an 85" TV, and the pool table and electronic dart board make for easy evenings in. Two desks or workstations in different rooms and 500 Mbps Wi-Fi make it simple to stay productive.

There are 2 bathrooms on the main floor, one full bathroom inside one of the bedrooms, and a half bathroom in the common area.

The spacious backyard features a sparkling heated pool, a hot tub, a putting green and a gas BBQ grill, ready for long, sunny days at home.

Calderwood Butte Nature Preserve is about a 5-minute drive, and Westwing Mountain Preserve is about 9 minutes away for scenic desert hikes. Fry's Marketplace and Sprouts Farmers Market are each about a 7-minute drive, and Well Coffee Co. is nearby for your morning coffee.

The home is in a private and peaceful neighborhood with families, so if you are looking for a place for a party or a large event or gathering, this home is not for you.

The pool is heated from October 15th through May 15th to approximately 85 degrees, and it is included at no extra cost. Please note that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.

If you will be bringing a boat, trailer or similar, it must be parked behind the gate on the side of the house. Per HOA regulations, it must not be in the street or driveway. The side gate opening is 9'6" wide, and the side yard is 32' deep.
