Please Note: This property is for LODGING ONLY. Parties, events or gatherings not allowed and will not be tolerated, this includes day-use of the amenities (ie: the swimming pool, spa, etc..) by local friends or family.



When you book, we collect 50% of the total amount due. Then, 30 days prior to your check in date, the remaining 50% will be automatically be charged to the same card you initially provided. Please contact us if you have any questions.

POOL & SPA:

-Sparkling clean 5-person spa with lid-lift assist to make it easy to open & close.

-Large Custom-Built Pool has a Swim up bar, rain-curtain water feature plus four other water features, a large Baja shelf and nighttime pool lights.

-Lots of lounge chairs for Sunbathing or relaxing by the pool.

-The Spa is HEATED YEAR ROUND for our guests (NO CHARGE).

-Pool Heat is optional and not included in cost for lodging. Pool Heat fee is $175/night (3 night minimum). For 7 nights or more, Pool Heat is discounted to $900/week. If choosing pool heat please ask at least 1 Week in Advance.

-PLEASE NOTE: If you have pool heat, the water features (the rain curtain, water deck jets, etc..) will not be active during your stay because the water features cool the water down and counteracts the pool heat.



Other Things to Note:

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION**:



1) This Property is for LODGING ONLY for the maximum number of allowable guest. Gatherings or parties of any type (including day-use for local friends and family) are not allowed. Also, please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum.



2) We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.



3)The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy!

However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide in Welcome Packet. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition.

If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub that is not in usable condition, as for example due to:

- Low water level

- Greenish or otherwise “unusual” water color

- Or similar issues

We will charge a $200 fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition.



4)Pool heat is also optional for $175/night or $900/wk and not included in your reservation. If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please let me know at least a Week Before your stay.
