Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great house

The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay; the only negative was that we weren't informed that the hot tub was broken/out of service before our arrival. The neighborhood is attractive and is conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and had easy freeway access. I'd stay here again if I was traveling to the area.
