Estrella Escape: Pool, Hot Tub & Golf

Welcome to Estrella Escape! A spacious, modern retreat for families and groups of up to 15. Enjoy 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, two living rooms, a private pool and hot tub, putting green, outdoor kitchen and cozy fire pit. From desert days to poolside nights, unwind with gorgeous Arizona sunsets and plenty of space to reconnect.

THE SPACE
This single-level home offers comfortable gathering spaces and room for your group to spread out. Relax on the main living room’s sectional, enjoy a movie on the smart TV, or head to the second living room for games and a change of pace.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Bedroom 1: One king bed, TV, workspace and ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: One king bed and TV.
• Bedroom 3: Two twin bunk-bed units, with four twin sleeping surfaces total.
• Bedroom 4: Two full beds.
• Bedroom 5: One full bed.
• Living Room 2: One twin sofa bed with bedding provided.

Bed linens and room-darkening shades are provided. A travel crib with sheets and a high chair are always available at the home at no extra charge. The travel crib is separate from the advertised beds.

THREE FULL BATHROOMS
The primary ensuite features a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower; Bathroom 3 has a tub/shower combination. Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, wall ovens, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, large kitchen island and walk-in pantry, along with cookware, dishes and essential kitchen supplies.

Choose drip coffee or the Keurig coffee machine for your morning cup. Filtered water is available from the small, separate faucet at the kitchen sink, which connects to a dedicated filtration system. The home also has a water softener.

The dining table seats eight, with six additional seats at the kitchen island. Outdoor dining seats six.

PRIVATE POOL, HOT TUB & OUTDOOR OASIS
Take a refreshing swim in the private pool, recharge in the private hot tub, relax beneath the covered patio, fire up the outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ, gather around the fire pit, or challenge your group to a friendly putting competition.

The private enclosed backyard also offers outdoor dining, lounge seating and sun loungers. Pool towels are provided.

Pool heating is available beginning November 1, 2026, upon request for $60 per day. Please submit your request before the start of your reservation.

COMFORTS & FAMILY FEATURES
Enjoy Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning and heating, private in-home washer and dryer, board games, children’s books and toys, and an Atari game console.

GUEST ACCESS & PARKING
Guests have private use of all five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two living rooms, the kitchen, dining area, laundry room and guest outdoor amenities.

Parking is available in the driveway and the guest-accessible one-car garage. Street parking is not permitted. The primary bedroom closet, locked owner/cleaner storage and separate two-car garage are not available to guests.

Self check-in is available using the smart keypad. Your access details will be provided in your reservation’s check-in instructions.

EXPLORE GOODYEAR & THE WEST VALLEY
Enjoy Estrella as your Goodyear home base for golf, outdoor recreation and time together. After exploring the area, return for dinner outdoors and a relaxing Arizona evening.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
• No pets, parties or events. Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–9:00 AM. Please respect our residential neighbors.
• Children must be supervised by an adult around the pool and hot tub. No glass is allowed near or in either.
• Weekly pool maintenance takes place on Tuesdays; the service team accesses the outdoor area only.
• Exterior security cameras are located in the front and back yards.
