Absolutely! The pool is shared with another Airbnb unit, but you’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

Yes, street parking is available. Please park to the right of the driveway. The area to the left is too small to safely park a vehicle.

Our guest suite is located in a peaceful Avondale neighborhood, with easy freeway access. You’ll be minutes away from popular attractions like Westgate Entertainment District, Cardinals Stadium, and Phoenix Raceway. Enjoy quiet evenings by the pool, with great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife just a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Street parking is available for up to two vehicles, and many nearby attractions are within a 10-15 minute drive. Rideshare services like UBER are avail.

Other Things to Note:
✓ Violation of City of Avondale ordinances will result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of any paid fees.
✓ Please review all house rules prior to booking.
✓ POOL AND SPA HEATING NOT AVAILABLE

Awesome little place!

Just as pictured and described. Quiet neighborhood. Close to I-10, 101 and 303, so easy to get around! Place was spotless and well-appointed. Host was very accommodating with our sweet doggy and super easy to get ahold of! Would definitely stay again!
