The Space:
Welcome to Desert Breeze! A 2 bed, 2 bathroom condo located in the heart of Scottsdale. This contemporary bungalow-style condo offers a well-designed and functional space perfect for couples traveling together, small families, or small groups of friends.

The Neighborhood:
Old Town Scottsdale is one of the West's most iconic neighborhoods! This is where locals and tourists alike come to enjoy a good time. You'll find galleries, restaurants, bars, clubs, boutiques, wine tasting rooms, and so much more.

Getting Around:
While there is plenty within walking distance, most Scottsdale visitors prefer to have a rental car. Lyft, and Uber are also readily available. As well as golf cart cabs!

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES
- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
- No parties or large gatherings. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times.
- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area.
- Pets are not allowed inside the home. We’re unable to make exceptions. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission.
- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
- Internet usage: Our internet service includes up to 1260GB of data usage. If more than this amount is used, our internet provider charges us, and we will pass on a $30 fee.

Interaction with Guests:
We live a few minutes away and are available if you need anything. Otherwise, we allow for self check in and give our guests space and privacy.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
