Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Reservation cancelled on us with no notice until we tried to check in.

When we messaged the host to receive our access code, we were notified that our reservation have been canceled. Apparently the property had been sold, and nobody bothered to inform us that we were not allowed to rent. The agent with VRBO was helpful in locating our place to stay, but it wasn’t extreme difficulty and caused much stress for our group of coworkers who would come from three different states to a conference
