We stayed here for 2 months! We were 2 days late getting to the property…and when we arrived…no linens on the beds. When we said something, ladies came over and just let themselves in…no knocking or anything…and just left the door wide open…letting out dogs run out as they just stood there! The landscaping needs some TLC…Lawn care was done twice once when we’re first got there and then had to call to request it be done after a month…trees and palms in the back look horrible and need water. Huge ant problem ….but the pool care was weekly and great! Lights in the pool or hot-tub never worked nor the fan in the bathroom. Doors inside the house never locked properly…the bedroom door leading to the pool would fly open in the middle of the night and the front door would fly open too….must bold everything! Communication could have been better…when we tried to extend we talked to the host but probably needed to know to contact the office instead…
