CantaMia Castle - the resort amenities are a bonus!

A spacious, one level home in the active CantaMia 55+ community. Both bedrooms (1K, 1Q) include private ensuites. Relax and enjoy the 77" Samsung smart TV with streaming. There is a dedicated office with a WIFI printer and high-speed internet. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped with all major appliances. The very large private courtyard offers dining space for six and casual seating for four. The backyard patio is covered, has a large BBQ with propane and provides an umbrella table for four, and casual seating for four with a gas fire pit.

Once you register with the office, your ID will provide you access to all the amenities including 2 large pools, hot tubs, fitness center, bocci, pickleball, cafe and more. CantaMia is situated near multiple golf courses and is a popular location for Spring Training stays. The Estrella Mountain Ranch Park system includes a golf course, many miles of walking and bike trails and guided ranger tours.

Requires primary renter be 55+, other adults must be over 18, and there is a 30-night min. Ask about incentives for multi-month stays or the chance to extend your visit.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
