Arcadia oasis Heated Pool

Located in Phoenix, this brilliant house offers 3 cozy bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends or family. With amenities like a washing machine, hair dryer, heating, and AC, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The 3 bathrooms ensure everyone has their own space to freshen up. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying a quiet night in, this cool property is the ideal home base for your getaway. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. *As of December 2024, we have installed a pool heater for the winter season! If you would like to enjoy a heated pool during your visit, please make sure to communicate that to us. The pool will be heated for the duration of your stay. Please note that there will be a fee to heat the pool. It is $125 for the first day of initial heat up and $100/day thereafter.
The invoice will be sent to you after your booking has been confirmed and you have requested the pool to be heated for your stay. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat, so please remember to request a heated pool at the time of booking.
