A wonderful, clean house

My family stayed at this house over Christmas. It was lovely. The house is the cleanest Vrbo I’ve stayed in, the kitchen is very well organized and stocked, the AC worked well, and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. It was a great place for Christmas with the family, and I would definitely stay here again.

Extra touches made our stay even more enjoyable

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean, easy to find, and had many extra touches that made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. The host were very responsive and friendly. Pool was refreshing too.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful and cozy house. The owners are easy to communicate with and VERY accommodating. Pool and grownds were in top shape! If you are in phoenix, this place is a perfect stay!

Great Stay in Scottsdale!

Beautiful home and wonderful owners who will have everything you could ever need! They are great at communicating via text. My teens loved the darts and air hockey! Pool is great! Will definitely stay here again when we return!

So much fun!!!!

Medical trip to Phoenix

We stayed at this property for seven weeks and had a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the area and the house had everything we needed. The owners were very good to us. They made us and our two small pups feel very welcome, and responded quickly to any of our needs. The heated pool was at a great temperature and we swam every day. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Beautiful pool and patio. Very clean with lots of extras (shampoo/soap/extra TP and paper towel etc.) Owners were great to work with. Highly recommend house and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

What a great short get away, this house is everything and more. Beautiful clean well taken care of home with all the amenities including a heated pool, dart board and air hockey. Our teenager had a blast swimming, hanging out by the pool and playing games. The neighborhood was quiet and well established. The Kitchen was well stocked and had everything to make meals to enjoy a quiet night in. Bathrooms were nicely stocked as well. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. We have nothing but great things to say about this home and can’t wait to stay here again. The owners were fantastic to communicate with. House is exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for the wonderful relaxing stay, it was just the reset we needed.

Beautiful home.

My pup loved this house. The yard was awesome, back patio was super fun, and we wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool. The couch is super comfy and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Definitely recommend!

Great three week stay

My wife and I rented this home for three weeks. We really enjoyed the property. Everything was as advertised, including the very nice pool in the backyard. The owners installed a pool heater just before our visit which was great. They provided everything we needed, including nice bath towels, shampoos and soaps, all bedding, etc. The kitchen was very well supplied. And communication was terrific with the owner.

Phoenix house

The house was as expected and Brendan and Shallon were extremely kind enough to allow us to get in a few hours earlier than originally planned. Even coming to the house to change the code so we could. Shallon gave us recommendations on a nice Railroad Park to take our grandson to visit. We all enjoyed it. The only downside was the temperature of the pool. Although it was heated to 76 degrees, it was not warm enough for the March temps to get into and enjoy. Only our son-in-law was brave enough to jump in after basking the sun. All in all, it was a good stay. We appreciated the big kitchen and nice grill. We enjoyed being together.

Phoenix Clearview

We came to Phoenix to spend time with our older kids and their families . Clearview was perfect for our family we had 2 teens and a 10 year old with us . The pool was just right and the house was warm and cozy . It was so easy to communicate with Shallon I felt like we were truly her guests . Driving was easy to get to interstate and we were close to our daughter . The only issue I had was direct tv . Although all the directions were there for us . I just don't get direct tv so no big issue . I will definitely refer my friends and we will definitely be back when we come back

Simple Pleasures

From sunrise to sunset there is always a sunny space in the backyard oasis by the pool with a view of palm trees cactus and orange trees that makes it truly relaxing and enjoyable to just be here with family and friends. In the evening the BBQ and covered patio makes for the perfect outdoor evening and if it gets too cool by the pool, indoors has a relaxing kitchen/living room combo for watching the big games and a huge value add for kids of all ages with the games room at the entry/living room featuring Air Hockey, Darts a yoga mat and board games. They really have thought of everything a family could want in a space to call home away from home. The neighbourhood offers lots of opportunity for a variety of morning and evening walks and is close to major routes that take you to a wide array of shopping and entertainment in the area; West to the fun of Talking Stick entertainment area for some Cactus League baseball or Top Golf, South to downtown Phoenix and an NHL or NBA game and North to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon, and any number of golf courses in the area. Shallon and Brendan, our hosts, were consistently in contact and very accessible and the house had so many supplies already in place we only needed to supplement for our own use here and there along the way. Beds, couches and outdoor seating were super comfortable and plentiful for family and guests. All in all a wonderful environment for family and friends to enjoy together! Thank you !

My husband and I and our two small dogs needed a last minute place to stay in Phoenix after my daughter's boyfriend passed away from cancer. I contacted Shallon and she immediatly jumped to help us. We had planned to stay a few days and then return again for the funeral, but we decided to reach out to see if we could just stay for another week, again Shallon jumped to help us out. She and her husband were so gracious and kind during this difficult time and even asked if they could put up a Christmas tree in the rental house for us and our family members that were stopping by to visit us. My grandchildren all came by for a visits during our week long stay and played with toys and we all had a blast playing the air hockey table. The house also had everything that you could possibly need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, bedrooms, games, toys, pool toys, pool furniture, etc. It was a beautiful 3 bedroom home and very clean and well kept. Shallon reached out many times during our stay to see if we needed anything or to just say something kind during this difficult time. The house was so perfect for us and our dogs were very comfortable, making it an even easier and nicer stay for us. We could not have come across kinder people and a nicer place to stay while helping our daughter and attending the funeral. We plan to stay at this wonderful house whenever possible when we take trips to Phoenix. 100 Stars!!!!

Perfect getaway!

They hosts were so gracious and responded quickly even when I asked a question before we decided to rent the property. Once we arrived and had a few questions they answered my texts within minutes. The arrival process was smooth and the property was very well maintained. My daughter loved the air hockey table and the pool. The adults enjoyed the comfy couch and the firm mattresses! The place was clean and well-stocked with lots necessities. I would definitely choose this property again next time I am in the area!!

Great stay with everything we needed

We love this property and will definitely stay here again! We were in town to visit family . The house is in a great central location that allowed us to see our daughter at ASU and my brother in North Scottsdale both within 20 minutes . The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need . Shallon was responsive and even helped us with some recommendations before we arrived .

Great Spot and Excellent Communication

Everything went very well with this trip. The property is ~15 minutes from Sky Harbor airport and was easy to find in a nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. There were many restaurant choices and other amenities within 5-10 minutes in every direction including gas, pharmacies, grocery stores, bars and coffee shops. The main freeways to get you wherever you needed to go were two miles down the road and quietly convenient. Neither my wife nor I had trouble getting what we needed when we wanted it. The host was delightfully responsive before, during and after our stay. They were very helpful with suggestions with some places to eat and the house itself was well stocked with some incidentals and nice touches in addition to the standard necessities. We even forgot a few small things at the house and the host worked with me to get them mailed to our home quickly. We would happily stay here again if we return to the area. My wife and I, as well as three of our kids were very happy and comfortable here. We enjoyed the pool and game room daily. Thank you for your help with a wonderful vacation to sunny Phoenix!

Our family loved this property!

My family stayed at this house and loved it! My kids had a blast playing in the pool, air hockey, darts and playing in the yard. The house was very clean and centrally located. It is very close to the 51 freeway. This was convenient for getting everywhere we wanted to go. I loved the communication from Shallon and Brendan. When we arrived there was a very nice note welcoming us. Thank you for the lovely stay. We will be back soon.

Family Get Together

Property was fine, with the only problem being the back yard ground cover was not complete and thus dirt and mud (after sprinklers ran) was a bit of a problem. We had some of family and our dogs and all went well.

Super Clean and updated

Had a great time in this Phoenix rental. Needed location not far from GCU for parent weekend. Hosts were super responsive, place was well stocked. 30 minutes from old town Scottsdale, 5 minutes from hiking at look out mountain.
