THIS HOME IS UNDER VIDEO SURVELLIANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• We strongly suggest purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE as we follow a strict cancellation policy! By booking with us you accept these terms.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• No mailbox access will be granted
• Absolutely no packages will be excepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/Fedex/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and not responsible for packages. Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender.
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
• Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home.
Other Information:
• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomes approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats Preferred
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomes.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24-48 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
• ***RENTAL CONTRACT:
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
