Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property smelled like an animal died in the vents, it was so awful. I messaged the property manager and they ignored me. The property is in Phoenix AZ and the AC was broken while it was 100 degrees outside. The bed was fine, the bathroom was okay, but the smell was so bad. It smelled terrible and it was so damn hot in the room. That plus an unresponsive manager I would not recommend staying there.
