○ Standard occupancy is 16 guests, and maximum occupancy is 21 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.

House was well located for golf, shopping and dining. Very spacious and clean. It is well supplied with toiletries, household items and non perishable food which was a very nice surprise. Outdoor space was lovely. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Peaceful location within a short drive to anything in Scottsdale. Pool and backyard was the perfect place to cool down and relax in the summer heat. The pool table and game room kept the family entertained. Many places to relax for some peace and quiet or to gather as a family. We made many great memories there.

My wife and I have been visiting this area for the last several years now. When we travel to the Scottsdale area we make it a point to stay at this property. The home located in an area that surrounded by views of the mountains. We love this house and we love the area that its located in.

We stayed at this house for a golf trip at the end of February, trust me it wont disappoint! We had 10 people and had absolutely no issues with room! The back yard is gorgeous and the pool was nice even though we didn't get to use it much! I would 100% recommend staying here when In Arizona!

This house was a wonderful family reunion location! We had 10 people total and the house was big enough that we didn't feel crowded. We had a wonderful visit and appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. The kids loved the two sets of bunk beds plus a swimming pool, and the adults liked the two master suites and media room that was thoughtfully situated away from the bedrooms. We had a great time. The house was fantastic. Pool was great, rooms were beautiful and well stocked, the kitchen was very nice and of course, the theater room and pool table were a bonus. It is close enough to golf and Spring Training games as well as Scottsdale itself, yet apart enough to provide a quiet environment while dozing by the pool. Oh, and I should not forget the great BBQ cabana in the back yard with its own stereo system!

This property is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Decorated like it belongs in a magazine, everywhere I turned I saw another well thought out detail letting me know how much thought went in to making our stay an experience we will never forget. Strikingly beautiful views from every angle, the perfect outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing, and the peace and quiet that comes with real privacy.. This was exactly what I imagined a real vacation feels like!

We stayed at this beautiful home and property for a staycation and to use the pool during an Arizona summer heatwave. The amenities were wonderful. The home is clean and well maintained. This is a large luxury home that provided space for our family of 7 kids and adults, with everyone having plenty of personal space. The backyard and pool were fabulous. Everyone had fun in the game room and using the pool table in the family room area. The host was very helpful and touched base with us before our stay. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We were just a family of three so this was far more house than we needed but we decided to treat ourselves to all the amenities we wanted. Everything was as in the description, with great pool and outside area to relax and barbecue. Inside was spacious, comfortable with very well equipped kitchen and relaxing central family area. Even had a pool table and bar area for family challenges. Being a bit off the main road meant lovely peace and quiet but easy access to shops, restaurants (Lush Burger was great) and grocery stores. Obviously aimed at bigger groups, and would suit 2-3 families, but as a treat for a smaller number the space worked very well. Felt like home and we really didn't want to leave.

The property listing of this Awesome home was accurate as to the location, and the accompaning photos correctly reflected its appearance and amenities. The property owner has great attention to detail, and the property was very clean and well maintained. We thought many of the items in the house were being used for the first time. Abutting the desert, the fenced in property is home to beautiful flowers and cactus. A gorgeous setting. Prior to arrival, we mentioned a couple of items that we might need; high chair, sheets for pac n play, and the owner promptly made these and other items readily available. The questions we had after arrival were minute, and were also promptly answered or dealt with. Nearby was Macdonalds Ranch with trail rides, and by getting on Route 101 provides easy access to all the area has to offer. Restaurants, groceries were all less than 10 minutes. We rented this property for a family gathering over Thanksgiving and included four generations, from 1 1/2 years to my 92 year old mother. Everyone was very comfortable, complimentary, had a great visit at this property and look forward to coming back another time.

This house is a fantastic rental with a ton of amenities. Its in North Scottsdale with plenty of restaurants and golf courses nearby. We were three couples spending a long weekend and had a blast! The outdoor area is what it's all about in Scottsdale and this house does not disappoint. Heated pool, outdoor fireplaces, heaters for the patio...we only were inside to eat and sleep. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room so kids could easily be added to the mix and there is also a theater room which we did not use. The great room has a pool table and stand alone bar which was great for inside hanging out as well. The only thing keeping this house from a 5 star rating is some basic maintenance items that disappointed me for the price: too many to count light bulbs were out throughout the house, outside front lights were totally out making it hazardous to come in at night, front door lock is broken so it cannot be opened from the outside, outside TV does not work (was looking to watch golf outside), master sink stopper is permanently closed so the sink does not drain, broken master shower knob, lots of others items. The house just needs a maintenance person to spend a day fixing things. I am not a picky traveler, but these maintenance items were annoying (literally 1/2 of the lights were out in the dining room) and should not be present in a house of this scale and price. I would ask owner to confirm that things have been repaired or request a discount on the rate.

We really enjoyed all aspects of this home and the property management company who helped make our stay enjoyable and worry-free.With a home this size, it's not unusual for minor issues. And we had some, but I was very impressed with Andrea's (property manager) response time. I didn't find out that the hot tub wasn't working until 11pm on a Thursday night, but I texted Andrea about it and she had their handyman (Joseph - who was GREAT btw) at the house early the next morning to fix the minor issues we had. From then on, the rest of the weekend was issue free and wonderful. To me, the fact that there were minor issues is no big deal - stuff happens. But the fact that they handled it so quickly and professionally was fantastic.The house itself was great. All of the amenities are there as advertised, and the check in/check out process was easy. The house is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, etc., so it's really built and stocked for the number of people you'd expect to be in a house with 8 bedrooms.The game room being in the detached garage worked great for us - because the young crowd could gather there and be loud while the older crowd was in the main house and could go to sleep earlier without hearing the group playing games in the game room.This is a 5-star property and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a large house for a family gathering.

We love this property and stay here every year for a long spring visit to AZ. The house has a lot of western character, plenty of room to spread out, beautiful pool, and loads of activities. I love its desert setting with sunset views. Terrific mgmt team - very responsive if any issues. Highly recommended!
