2 Twin roll-away memory foam beds can be found in the master bedroom closet
Living Room: Two couches convert into sofa beds (convertible sleepers)
While the home can accommodate up to 12 guests, we recommend a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests. Any additional guests are a personal decision for you to make.
Optional Additional Services:
Pet fee: $200+ tax and fees per stay (Max 2 pets with prior approval)
Early Check-in/Late Check-Out Fee: $400 + tax and fees per request (subject to availability). Please reach out 1 day before check-in/check-out and we will check with the cleaning team.
Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars in spots 148, 149, or 150. Additional "visitor" parking is available. Please be diplomatic if others park in these spots, as HOA may tow.
Noise: Please keep sliding and front doors closed, especially after 10PM, to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise after 10 PM or unregistered guests can result in a $1,000 fee and/or termination of your stay.
This is a town home. You have a private entrance and carport parking. The most we allow is 2 cars.
Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability. For concerns about camera use, please contact me before booking.
