"Nice environment and very beautiful view. Lots of nice swimmingpools and enough pool-beds for everyone. Easy to move by buses to everywhere (bus-stop nearby). Breakfast was very bad, no fruits or vegetables, only dry bread and biscuits. You had to ask for Croissants and sometimes you got only one croissant. No Wifi. The shower was very, very small and you had to fix long before you got warm vater (not cold or too hot). The cleaning was not daily. The renervation (balcony floor and common rooms)...

"We were given the apartment further up the hill and the room just feel really basic, far from the luxurious feel that I somehow was expecting. The view was non-existent but it does have a nice courtyard overlooking the Gulf of Naples. The entire experience felt more like a really clean but basic 2 star apartment than a hotel."

"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. "

"We booked a room that had a beautiful terrace looking onto the garden but the room they gave us was in the back so it got no light and the terrace faced a wall. We complained and they said the photos online are just examples. Not good value for money and the photos are deceiving. "

"Beautiful pools and property but terrible wifi, dishes were filthy. Requires car to get around - restaurants are within walking distance but the walk to anything, including bus stops, is extremely steep and requires that you are in good shape (preferably not lugging around small children). Property on exterior is lovely but rooms are quite dated. No cafes near by, but they offer quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever tasted in an expensive vending machine. Beer and prepackaged cornettos also...
