"Martín who runs the hotel went above and beyond during our stay. He helped us with transportation, laundry among other things. His staff reflect his dedication to his guests. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, ATM, coffee shops and shopping. Don’t let the cheap room rates fool you, the hotel is very comfortable and great value for money. I recommend it to anyone planning to visit Sa Pa."

"I absolutely loved my stay here and recommended to another traveler I met in Hanoi. The first night in Sapa I stayed at another hotel at the same price (it currently has 8.8 stars) and this was far better. The most comfortable bed in my Vietnam trip and the city view was gorgeous. The staff were so kind. I will absolutely stay again next time."
