"We had a wonderful time with our family. The only bad experience we had was when calling front end for service . They dont answer the phones for nothing ! I had to physical go down to the check in desk ask for extra pillow and blanket because my kids were cold. The lady at the front desk said someone should be up in a few. Family Reunion 2024

"Had a fabulous time at the Great Wolf Lodge Fitchburg, Ma Everyone was a first timer and we were all impressed with the quick check-in / out in addition to the daily age range of activities offered in and out of the water. The service was amazing, staff were so professional, the lifeguards were very active and well trained. The food and servers at the bar were so friendly & welcoming. They were over the top accommodating with a group of 10 with 5 kids and interacted with them all. It made a great place to watch the Celtics Championship Game. The rooms and facilities were stocked and clean. The Mattresses weren't the best. Definitely a new lifer and signed up for the Voyager Club for return visits & future Birthday Parties."
