"Lovely stay at ESA mostly due to wonderful staff who were very kind and helpful. We had a couple of requests -- an extended check-out due to an online meeting I had to attend, and forks because the take-out restaurant didn't put any in the bag. Front desk staff were just lovely on both counts, providing forks and the extended time. Little things, yes, but that human connection of helping where needed makes a perfectly fine stay and truly excellent one! Much thanks!"

"Everyone in this hotel were very hispitable,nice and helpful. BIG BIG BIG shoutout to Anthony and his cleaning crew ,this hotel is one of if not the cleanest hotels i have ever stepped in. Not a piece of trash in or outside ,and the hotel always smells awesome,fabuloso...... Anthony was also very friendly and kind to everyone. " The room was spacious, with a separate sitting area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave, which came in handy during my stay. the walls are a bit thin, I could hear some noise from the hallway. Nothing major, but worth mentioning if you’re a light sleeper. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and just off the highway. I’d recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely stay again! "
