"We had an amazing time visiting Philadelphia, and our stay here made it so enjoyable and convenient! The room was clean, it was walking distant to a lot of attractions, and the staff was amazing! Specifically Andree, he was extremely helpful and nice/sweet! Would recommend staying here and will definitely come back! "

"We got a corner room on the 11th floor with a super high ceiling. It was difficult to get around the bed but the high ceilings and the corner room (both views looked out onto the city) was such a bonus!!!! Thank you Club Quarters! And free nespresso in the room! And in the lobby, free flat and sparkling water DIY, serve yourself. Also free cafe au lait, americano, capuccino, etc at the lobby. We brought down our large water bottles that we use to tour the city with and filled it up with sparkling water!"

"The rooms were clean. Excellent location close to everything. The staff was amazing to me and my kids. Very patient and attentive. Loved that there was an outside pool as well. First time here and now is my favorite place to stay in Center City."

"The staff from valet, to guest relations were wonderful. Very friendly to accommodate requests for travel tips around the city, and general conversation. The atmosphere, decor, security, and scent associated with the hotel is welcoming. I wished they sold their signature lotion onsite. The location is ideal for access to all points and is walking distance to many attractions and destinations. The beds and pillows could use an upgrade for comfort. "
