"This is a great spot to stay in South Philly. Quiet street and neighborhood. Parking wasn't an issue for me. I was always able to park somewhere on the block. Anthony was a great host and reached out before and after our stay. Would definitely stay here again 5/5."

"Nice and covert clean and new. Some difficulty with electronic door lock with the afternoon sun making it not work properly but I was able to reach the owner right away and they were going to replace it. Waking distance to many restaurants and a 30 minute safe walk to downtown and lots of bars and food. "

"Our stay was good! Would come back again! Host was very attentive and responded within a short amount of time! "

"The townhouse was very light and spacious. We had full house staying and it worked very well. Plenty of room for all to relax. Very well stocked (though couldn’t locate oven mitts). Maybe a better vacuum job??? And several things need repairing like towel racks and blinking light fixtures. Would def stay here again. Was perfect for marathon weekend. "

"The home was very clean, neighbors were friendly and area was pretty quiet for the most part. There are some great places to eat within walking distance as well. The only issue was parking. Parking was listed as an amenity however, there is no designated parking spots for the home. We did street parking and our car was unfortunately hit at some point while it was there"

"Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up...
