Customer service was top notch. Unfortunately the room was not. I chose this hotel because of positive reviews but the room was not up to standards.. The floor was dirty, smashed roach on the wall, a roach in the room. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and the faucet was very loose. The hotel I believe is in a remodel but this room overlooked.

The hotel is a bit run down. Needs lots of improvements. But the room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. The area was nice and quiet. Very close to the Choctaw casino and downtown Philadelphia, MS. Very cute little town.
