Check-in is automatic. We will provide all details 48 hours before your arrival.

Guests have access to the entire apartment unit. The apartment itself has 3 floors. Two bedrooms (with a queen bed each) are on the second floor. The third bedroom (with a full over full bunk bed) is on the lower ground floor. Also note that we have neighbors in the unit above and neighbors connected by the backyard.
🅿️ Parking:
The nearest parking lots are located at 510 N Broad St (under Giant) and 1364 Brandywine St (open area). Latest prices are on the Parkway Corp and Target Park USA websites. There are also many street parking spots nearby. We recommend 'SpotHero', 'ParkWhiz' or similar apps as they show all available public parking spots in the area.
ℹ️ Other Information:
There is a security camera next to the front door. The camera faces outwards and records when it detects movement or when the doorbell is pressed. There are also two noise monitoring devices. One is next to the stairway on the 1st floor (between the living room and kitchen) and one is on the 2nd floor (in the corridor between the bedrooms).
Also, please note that trash is collected on Monday mornings, so bins will be placed outside the apartment on Sunday evenings. Thanks for your understanding!
🅰️ Apartment Rules:
- No parties or events.
- No drugs or illicit behavior.
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana in the home, on/near balconies or within 25 feet of the building.
- Quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM, this is strictly enforced.
- No overnight visitors not listed on the reservation, and no overnight visitors exceeding the number of guests booked.
- Only flush toilet paper.
- Keep the home clean and tidy, and report any damages/ missing items to us.
- We may require photo ID for each guest to complete the reservation or before check-in.
- Comply with all city and building bylaws.
- $500 fee for removing any guests/occupants.
- $500 fee per violation of house rules (e.g., for excessive noise during quiet hours, for smoking in the apartment, etc.)
- $100/hr fee for late check-out every hour past the agreed time.
- $100/person fee for each overnight visitor that is not on the reservation, and for each overnight visitor exceeding the number of guests booked. This is calculated per night.
