The Space:
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the property in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in the property during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.

Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-in / Check-out:
The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.

Gatherings:
Although we are aware that you are visiting Radnor to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home.

The house is set up for self check-in. Instructions will be sent to you 3 hours before check-in.
