From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very friendly and approachable! The hotel location was perfect for us. Close to all the historical attractions, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The room was clean. The only negative for us was the beds. They were not bad enough to cause us to not sleep but I think it's time for new mattresses. They are quite soft and starting to give in the middle. We had a great stay and will be back.
