"The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."

"My stay at the U khao yai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, making us feel welcome from the start. The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was great. Me and my family really enjoyed staying there. "
