"Absolutely amazing property and a perfect size for 3 of us (it does fit more). The owner is really lovely and very helpful. Nice relaxing area, brilliant views and sounds of the wildlife. The area would be better with a car but its accessible by grab too which is how we managed it as a family of three :D A microwave in the room would be a really good addition. We were very happy with our stay. We will be back next year. Thank you xx"

"The Chom Chiang Rai Hotel opened just 12 months ago. Everything is new and sparkly with plenty of great on-site carparking. Staff are very accommodating to your requirements. On the negative side I have two comments......... 1. Location - The hotel is a short distance out of the centre of Chiang Rai so it will better suit travellers with a vehicle. "The room had two empty bottles of beer when we checked in. The staff were very good in every way, but the duvets do not have a cover, just a sheet under and a sheet over meaning during our sleep; we would touch the uncovered dirty duvet surface which many many others had touched during their sleep! The hotel needs to put the duvet in an entire case sheeting and then zip the bottom. When we requested this, the staff who are in NO way to blame were apologetic and said they did not have proper...
