"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Much different than the best Western hotels of old in the United States. Extremely clean and well appointed. Nice bar with great seating area very close to the center of town but a little bit off the beaten path with easy parking. Very accessible rooms with elevator and nice modern shower front desk. "Delightful charming hotel with very sweet staff. We had a room for three people and it was very spacious and had all the amenities. Nice robe and bath towel for the pool and spa. The hotel is in fantastic condition so I’m wondering if it was nearly updated. The breakfast in the morning was very good and included. The grounds are wonderful and it’s close to nice little shops."

"Absolutely beautiful property, located in a perfect location for the local hikes such as Partnach Gorge. The accommodations were nice and cozy, sure they lack those modern details like your standard modern corporate hotel but its character and makes you feel at home. Staff were super friendly, even when I struggled to speak the German from my translation app, they were very patient with me. The breakfast buffet top notch, plenty of food and variety, its something I will miss when traveling to my next destination in Germany. I would stay here again the next time I visit Garmisch-Partenkirchen."

"Located in a great area! A few minutes walk away from the train station and multiple bus stops; many dining and shopping options on the same street as the hotel and in the immediate area. Within walking distance (or a short bus ride/drive) of Festspielhaus Neuschwanstein, St. Mang's Abbey, Lechfall, and more. Around a 10-15 minute bus ride or drive from Hohenschwangau, from which it's a 15-30 minute walk to Neuschwanstein Castle, Hohenschwangau Castle, Alpsee, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The room had a very nice bathroom area with a huge shower, and windows overlooking the main courtyard, where there is parking. Parking in the main courtyard area is limited, but the hotel has additional separate parking spaces. We had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel and had a good experience. The food was great and the atmosphere was very nice. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and exactly what we were looking for!"
