"We had a very enjoyable stay at Montjustin. Gisele is the perfect host - friendly and welcoming, available if needed. Nature is very much on the doorstep - animals, birds, insects and flowers, surrounded by lovely countryside, which was easy to explore from the house. Great views from the swimming pool. Thank you for the eggs :-) We were sad to say goodbye to Februs the dog!"

"This is a beautiful gite in a lovely area surrounded by fields and lovely views of the mountains and the hilltop village of Lurs. The owners are very friendly and the gite is brand new and very well-designed, clean and comfortable. "The cottage super clean, well-appointed, and centrally located for exploring and excursions. The window screens were appreciated. As was the washing machine. Julie and Patrick were knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. Forcalquier was charming with fantastic markets, specialties, and artisanal merchants. We walked to the supermarket a couple times and cycled the hills and dells of the surrounding areas. Would love to return"

"This is the fourth time I have been to La Prairie. I come here mainly to indulge my hobby of astrophotography as the skies are dark and the weather good, but you can't guarantee clear skies at night even in the south of France! Francoise is very welcoming, helpful and never intrusive. Isis the dog is perhaps the most friendly dog you will ever meet. The view across to the hills is amazing, the gite is clean and comfortable and I am sure I will return again."

"If you are looking for a get-away from it all, Meir’s beautiful home on Montjustin is your place! The town is tiny - just a few residents - and you need to drive to nearby Cereste or Reillane (or longer drive to Manosque) for supplies, but once you’re stocked up, this very French and roomy home with a pool, petanque, yard, and more is the perfect spot. We loved making it our home for a week and hope to come again. One word of caution: lots of steps and hard surfaces - fine for us but wondered...
