"Very nice welcome from the house manager, Danila, who was helpful and charming. Villa was comfortable but it would have been nice to have had some basics in the kitchen such as olive oil, bread and milk, and soap/shower gel in all the bathrooms. Good restaurants nearby, beautiful scenery, delightful area."

"This is one of the best locations I have stayed at. Stefano's house is perfectly situated on the beautiful Lake Lugano set within huge gardens with access to the lake which was fantastic. He has kayaks, canoes , mountain bikes to use free of charge, we did not want to leave. The house is comfortable and homely and is near to Pella. "We had a lovely, relaxed stay on Lake Orta. Mariagrazia and her agent were very communicative and eased the handover on arrival. The property was spotless and faultless in all respects with ample living space indoors and outdoors, and the kitchen was well stocked... the kayaks and table tennis in the basement were a bonus.
