Location and garden is nice but you look at two disgusting unfinished buildings that seem to be the situation for a decade ? Our room was terrible. No possibility to shower normally because basic equipment is missing. Dirty terrace, no bedlamps in the lampholders, NO Airco functioning, Rug dirty, Door refrigerator broken, TV hanging crooked, 7 nights and despite of several complaints only TWO (2) times cleaning and towels. No toiletpaper. We had to find other open rooms to replenish it etc.etc. Breakfast and Dinner was like a 6 out of 10.. Nothing special about it. Staff: Only a few were nice and friendly but most of them were curt and distant. No contact or good day... Problems weren't solved accordingly. Absolutely NO 4 (!!) star Hotel !!

Struttura veramente pessima che ci ha rovinato la vacanza. Prima ancora di arrivare abbiamo avuto un problema personale che ci ha costretti a partire due giorni dopo, abbiamo provato a contattare più volte la struttura per informarli via messaggio su Expedia, via mail e via telefono: non hanno risposto a nessun messaggio/mail e per telefono mi hanno attaccato in faccia 2 volte prima di riuscire a parlarci. Personale scortese e maleducato, il check in è stato sbrigativo, non ci è stato spiegato niente (orari, servizi ecc.) e abbiamo capito come funzionava la gestione del parcheggio e la spiaggia per caso nei giorni successivi. La camera era sporca, non è mai stata rifatta e l’acqua della doccia dopo le 19 era fredda. Il carrello degli inservienti è rimasto abbandonato in corridoio di fianco alla nostra camera per tutta la nostra permanenza nell’hotel. Colazione pessima, qualità e varietà di cibo e bevande inqualificabile per un hotel a 4 stelle, tavoli e sedie erano sempre sporchi e il carrello con le stoviglie sporche era lasciato in mezzo alla sala. Infine al check out la signora in reception non parlava nemmeno una parola di inglese. Non venite in questo hotel se avete intenzione di rilassarvi e godervi le vacanze.

Hotellin järjestelmät eivät toimineet, eikä varaustamme näkynyt missään. Piti todistella pitkän aikaa, että huone varattu ja maksettu. Huone epäsiisti, suihkusta tuli vuoroin tulikuumaa tai jääkylmää vettä. Huone siivottiin yhden kerran koko viikon aikana ja sekin erikseen pyydettynä Näkymä piti olla puutarhaan, mutta iso mänty peitti kaiken näkyvyyden.Aamiainen surkea. Henkilökunta epäystävällistä eikä puhuneet juuri englantia. Varauksessa luki ilmainen illallinen, mutta henkilökunta ei selvittänyt asiaa, eikä illallista saatu. Todella ala-arvoinen hotelli, emmekä suosittele kenellekään.

Hotel Rivijera has a great location, close to the sea, the beaches and walking paths. It is about 1 hour from the airport but Petrovac is lovely place to stay. Very good food and kind service. you can also enjoy some boat trips to Budva and other places. But the best was a live music every evening. I loved listen to Nenad Toskovic whose voice and songs made each evening magical. It was a great pleasure to listen to songs in Montenegrian language but also English, French and Italian. The music of Nenad Toskovic made my holiday very special!!! If Nenad is going to sing in this hotel next year I will come to Rivijera hotel for holiday again. Me and my family had a lovely time and I would recommend the place, specially the music of Nedad for anybody who is planning holiday in Montenegro.

Schöne Umgebung, leider in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an der Einrichtung leider sehr gut erkennt. Dafür ist das Hotelgelände wirklich sensationell! Der aktuell in Bau befindliche Hotelkomplex gleich angrenzend zum Hotel wird nicht umbedingt zum Vorteil für das Hotel sein. Das Hotel hat auch keinen eigenen Strandabschnitt. Entsprechend müssen Liegen auf eigene Kosten dazu gemietet werden.

Un milkshake tra Tigullio e Rimini

Il problema essenziale sono le due torri di cemento armato che incombono su un albergo un tempo nascosto nel verde (come ancora mostrato dalle foto promozionali). Problema secondario è il ristorante self service, abbondante per carità, ma che ricorda troppo una mensa aziendale. Per il resto, il personale è cortese ed efficiente, e le camere sono comode
