"Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was ..."

"We have been coming to small mountain towns around atv trails in Tenn. for a decade yearly as a guys trip. But I have yet to fall in love with any town the way I did with Petros. The history with BMSP, access to trails, the house, seriously the house. So much room, very nice updates, lots of room ..."

Playing in the Mud
"Had a fun weekend of riding and a great place to stay. Home was located 1/2 mile from Historic Brushy Mountain Prison and a couple of good restaurants on the property. Quick ride to trail 26/27 of Windrock. Plenty of parking and clean, spacious house. Would definitely stay again."
