"Stayed for 4 nights on part of a long gal pal trip to France & Italy. This place was simple extraordinary . Starting each day with a breakfast that had every imaginable food options to suit your style. No lunch needed after feasting in style. Happy hour could not have been better, the cocktails were a work of art, as were the complimentary appetizers! Each day we thought we would try some other restaurant in Cortona, but ultimately always chose to eat in the dinning room, and we were never disappointed. The wine, food, service, ...all outstanding. Oh my, the rooms, sheer indulgence, the views, the linens, the daily treats left for our enjoyment, the accessories, space & lighting options in the powder room. The ambiance of this hotel, combined with the staff, made our stay memorable indeed. I hope to be lucky enough to return!"

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. I also requested a more private room and the staff changed the room for me right away. Highly recommended for beauty, serene peace and quiet "

"Friendly staff and great food! We had a Saturday dinner on arrival (pricier than weekday dinners but the pici pasta and florentina steaks were delicious) which was really a wonderful experience. The breakfast was tasty. Staff were always friendly. The property is great for walking around and so picturesque. "

"Easy to find hotel and parking, although you do have to walk up a steep hill to get to hotel, fine for us and our children. The rooms are amazing, cute and quaint. They were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We traveled from Naples to Dubrovnik stopping in Tuscany for a few nights and this was one of our favorite stays! It was so beautiful! A great central location for all the towns we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious with a great view! Highly recommend! If we ever make it back to Tuscany we will definitely stay here! "
