"I stayed in apartment 3E and it had everything you needed for your stay. It even had laundry facilities to use on the ground floor. The pool on the roof was a great bonus although some people do not abide by the rules. The apartment is in a great location for getting around the city and the beach. I would definitely stay here again the only thing I found was there was not much space to hang your clothes but I was only staying for 4 nights. Overall this place was a great find a very modern...

"Marisa and Chimo were absolutely fantastic hosts. Their communication was excellent and so helpful. They made sure our arrival to the apartment was smooth and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped with very comfortable beds. Alicante is a fabulous place for a holiday. I highly recommend this property!"

"L’appartement est très agréable et confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence était encore en travaux mais nous n’avons pas subit de nuisance. La plage est superbe et il est important de bien choisir ses horaires car les places de parking sont chers. Seul bémol, le jacuzzi de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas."

"Nous sommes restés presque deux mois dans ce condo. C'est probablement le meilleur que nous avons loué en Espagne. Très moderne, une vue magnifique sur la mer, la piscine et les montagnes avoisinantes. À quelques minutes à pied de la plage, de l'autobus #21 et du tramway. Un gros merci à Maya qui a su répondre avec une grande diligence et professionnalisme, aux rares petits problèmes rencontrés pendant notre séjour."

"Beautifully designed building and rooms which creates a great atmosphere. Very comfortable bed, just the pillows way too soft. In the listing it mentions that there’s soap, shampoo etc but there isn’t actually. Just a handsoap would’ve been great. Great communication with the host, was very responsive and accommodating. Also, you cannot find a better location in the centre of Alicante to stay in. "
