"Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right. This was an old Best Western that is now in private hands and the hotel is just not kept up. Room cleanliness overall was not good. Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). Mold behind the room curtains, spider webs, not all pillows had pillowcases, broken toilet seat, clogged bathroom sink, room furniture is old and broken, broken room safe, no screens on the windows so bugs always coming in (and with no air...

"Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sauber. Alles top."

"Heel leuke hotelletje, fantastische locatie, heel degelijk ontbijt met persoonlijk gebakken eitjes. Zal ik waarschijnlijk nog boeken"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were most accommodating and ensured we had an ideal experience. Room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the experience of staying in a distinguished, luxury country manor."

Goede sfeer. Goed restaurant"

"Simple and clean for a night. Rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly fine."

"Het personeel was ontzettend gastvrij en behulpzaam. De sauna was heerlijk en zeer netjes alleen jammer dat er geen zwembad bij was."

"The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"War sauber und Frühstück lecker. Ideal für an die Rennstrecke."

"L’Esprit Sain was an adequate place to stay while visiting Malmedy, and its central location made it convenient for exploring the town and surrounding area. The staff was pleasant during check-in, and the breakfast each morning was enjoyable, offering a nice selection to start the day. If you’re looking for a simple place to spend the night while sightseeing, it serves its purpose. That said, there were a few aspects that kept the experience from being exceptional. The room was quite dark, even...

"Slept in an attic not a room"

"Excellent location downtown with quick access to the Spa Baths. Modern facility, quiet, nice rooms, extremely clean. Wonderful breakfast, pleasant bar and attractive menu for lunch and dinner good bar although we did not eat there. Friendly and very professional personnel. Prices were very reasonable although we visited in the low season. Highly recommended."
