"We stayed for 2 nights and walked into Canterbury several times. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable but we didn’t really use any other facilities at the hotel. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would use the hotel again if we return to Canterbury."

"The room was large and mostly very clean except there was a chunk of something on the floor and an old food tub both under the desk. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet my first night and the following night I was able to feel a door slam somewhere while laying in bed. It seemed like it was a door from the floor beneath but it felt like it rattled the whole wall behind the bed."

"Right in city centre. Staff at check-in and check out and breakfast very friendly and helpful. Room a good size and clean - family room with sofa. Asked for quiet room and wasn’t disturbed by anything - faced back of hotel overlooking a small car park. Air con worked well. Nice big fluffy bath towels and good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed firm and comfy but you could hear springs every time you turned over or got in or out - still slept well. Breakfast had good choice of hot and cold items - waffle machine was popular. Gets very busy at weekends but only had to wait a short time to be seated. Coffee machine provided good choices and provided nice coffee. Enjoyed our stay here."
