"Probably one of my favorite all inclusive resorts I've been to yet , the food was delicious and you get to taste the local cuisine along with a bunch of other options, the pool was clean, and multiple pools for which ever mood your in. They always had something to do so you are never bored. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back"

"Me and my family loved our stay and how exceptional the service was especially from Daniea at front desk. She was warm, welcoming and so professional! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have fun with family, lover or friends! And big up the waiter kevaughn & the entire staff for being super nice and welcoming! Will definitely be coming back!"

"We really loved our stay at Cocolapalm! It was very clean. The staff was great. The grounds were pretty. Restaurant food was authentic and delicious! Would have given it a 5/5, but on our last night, a thunderstorm hit and the window started leaking as well as a small spot in the roof. Staff came, recaulked the window, and mopped the bathroom floor. No fix for the roof at that time, so the couch was simply moved. All in all, ot was a very pleasant stay."

"Changing to Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was the best choice I could have made! I went there for my 1st ever solo birthday vacation. They will forever be my go to resort every time I go to Jamaica. They were absolutely amazing in every area you could possibly think of. There were a some small repairs that need to be made but not enough for me to fuss or change rooms. My room was clean, beautiful, and a nice size. I loved the little tropical garden area outside the room. My villa area was super quiet. Ms. Colleen, the concierge was such a beautiful young lady and very helpful with making my dinner reservations and anything I needed help with. Ms. Opal did a great job of keeping the room clean. I lost my beats earbud 3 times. The 1st time I lost it, security was helping me look for it at 4am because that’s when I realized I lost it. All 3 times they were turned in to the JA side of the resort. My favorite two places were the spa and the sports bar. Elisa at the sports bar, James at the spa, Ana Kay at the travel club just to name a few are some of my favorite people. I didn’t eat a lot but what I did have was good. The oxtail from the Jamaican restaurant was my favorite meal. There are a ton of options for food, I’m sure one will find something they like. The night life was just enough for me, not too much not too little. With this being a family resort, I still found the peace, rest, and relaxation I went for. "We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat.
