"I booked and received confirmation to stay in this hotel. However, the hotel called to say that I booked in the same moment as a couple booked. Therfore, the hotel decided to move a singe person vs a couple to another hotel. they had difficulty and put me in a much lower level hotel. On top of this the substitute hotel had non functioning air conditioning and after trying to sleep for 2 hours while sweating to death in seaside heat and humidity they brought a portable machine to alleviate the ...
