"The apartment was exactly what was described and perfect for what we needed. Spent a week so my son could updated his Red Cross Certifications on campus. The proximity to campus was perfect. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished and enough room for myself and 2 teen boys. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The only issue we had is the traffic, which is no fault of the owners. Had to get use to the noise but it wasn't so bad to deter us from staying there again....

"This campground is so cute, clean and perfect. Great views of the mountains, cute little river to get wet on hot days (very shallow though). I give the campground and area 5 stars. The camper was beautiful, equipped with pretty much all you need. My only complaint is the beds, and I dont like to complain, but man they are hard as rocks. Sleeping on them was very uncomfortable for the whole family, All of them. Definitely could use some matress upgrading or maybe plan to bring some kind of...

"Property is beautiful. Lots of great things. The entrance step needs to be fixed to be up to code (it needs a step put in as a person can fall due to height of step going in and out. Out of code.)and railings should be put in hallway entrance for safety. Some conveniences added. Coffee pot, blow dryer, pots and pans, extra blankets, iron and board, outside timer lights. We ran rental properties and understand what can help to rent places. Property is so pretty. Thank you for the stay!"

"A few friends and I rented the property to ski Sunday River and it was a great location! Geoffrey was helpful and walked us through everything once we arrived. The kitchen is definitely a bit small with not a lot of cooking supplies and the WiFi wasn’t set up, but besides that it was just what we needed."

"Uncomfortable beds. No door on the bedroom. It was 46F when we got there. Looked like someone broke into the room with a crowbar at some point in the past. Oven was not plugged in. Silverware and dishes were dirty. Close to Sunday River"
