Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire home (excluding the storage shed).

Before arrival, you’ll receive check-in details after completing a quick ID and card verification via our secure guest portal — similar to a hotel check-in process. This helps ensure a safe and seamless experience for everyone.

This spacious, light-filled townhouse is designed for comfort, connection and easy living.

The open-plan living and dining area flows out to the waterfront deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space where you can relax, entertain, or simply take in the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners, while the lounge offers a comfortable place to unwind with a large smart TV.

Upstairs, the master suite enjoys its own private balcony overlooking the canal — the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee.

Getting around is easy and convenient. Whether you choose to walk, cycle or drive the area is easy to manoeuvre. There is plentiful public transport systems, including a bus stop, located close by.

Don't forget we utilize the Uber App if you want on demand driving services. and G Maps has a feature that allows you to see public transport routes and will help you plan the day

• Hot water system located in the courtyard (simple instructions provided on arrival)
• Crab nets are not provided.
• For security and peace of mind, the property has external cameras at the front entry and garage, along with a noise monitoring device inside.

Set in a beautiful waterfront location, you may occasionally notice local wildlife or insects — particularly if doors are left open. The home is professionally treated, and this is simply part of the natural coastal environment that makes this location so special.
