-Smoking & Vaping are strictly prohibited in all areas of this apartment including the balcony. Any evidence of smoking or residual smoke smell on departure will result in additional cleaning fees being charged.
-Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
-Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down. Quiet hours 9pm- 7am
-A damage deposit is required. The property will pre-authorise your credit card 2 days before arrival. This will be released within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
-No pets are allowed in the property.
-Please take care of the apartment as if it were your own and ensure that all facilities are kept in good order.
-Respect the privacy of other residents in the complex.
