Beautifully presented and furnished 3 bedroom home . Enjoy the space and luxury whilst still only minutes from Fremantle's city centre. The beach is only a short drive away also. There are old Italian style grocers and butcher close by for any necessary fresh food items. Come home and cook up a storm in the beautiful chefs kitchen.

Downstairs :
The huge chefs kitchen and dining area are all open plan on the ground floor. The kitchen has a massive kitchen island making it a brilliant space for family get togethers. The massive dining table provides lots of space for enjoying those meals you whipped up in the chefs kitchen.
There is also a toilet and the laundry area just off the kitchen.

Upstairs:
There are 3 bedrooms. Two with king beds and the third with a double. Built in wardrobes .
The main bedroom has an ensuite with a bathtub .
The other main bathroom is in between the other two bedrooms.
There is also a games room with a balcony area. This has a sofa bed which upon request can be made up for guests wishing for an additional bedroom . MAX capacity in the property is 6 guests. This bed can be arranged for additional $45 cost.

Centrally Air conditioned for your year round comfort upstairs and a reverse cycle air conditioner downstairs also.
