Our Gorgeous brand new 3 bedroom house. A spacious living area is fitted with a reverse cycle air conditioner for year round comfort. It has a large chefs kitchen with a big pantry and all the equipment you need to cook up a feast, including gas hot plates, under bench oven, dishwasher and a double fridge freezer combination.
Well appointed bedrooms with a private ensuite and seperate toilet to the main bedroom as well as large walk in robe.
Two more spacious bedrooms and both have built in mirrored robes. One is set with Queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed offing a double bed at the bottom and a single bed above. There’s also a box full of toys for the children.
The main bathroom has a deep bath and a seperate toilet. The laundry is fitted with a combination washer and dryer, laundry trough and a large linen cupboard.
A cute outdoor area offers outdoor dining and a full gas BBQ. There is a large garage for two vehicles with a remote control door and direct entry into the house.
Relax with a large TV and sound bar and also WiFi for your entertainment. The house is double glazed and has insulated ceilings and external walls offering a nice quiet and a comfortable environment.
The beach is a 10 minute walk away and the area has lots of landscaped parks. There is a shopping precinct a 300 metre walk away and offers a Tavern, Restaurants, Supermarkets and loads of takeaway food shops. Downtown Mandurah is a 10 minute drive away and there are bus stops less than 80 metres away. Our guests have all very much enjoyed their stays, love the location and all comment on how well maintained and clean the property is. We welcome you to come and enjoy our lovely home.
