Great views of the Swan river at Blackwell reach . This region of the water is gorgeous and is intertidal meaning it is mostly sea water that flows in and out daily with the tides.

Our guests have exclusive use of the house with the exception of the garage and one bedroom and office as the owner is currently away overseas on business and rents out the house.
Guests do have full access every where else and both bathrooms.
The owner loves music and provides a nice speaker system in the club lounge for movies and the river
room for music.

We Recently added a new Kareoke Machine to the club lounge so you can link the you tube videos onyour phone to the Bluetooth ofthe JBL Partybox.

A small front garden is perfect for drinks or a bbq.

The house is unique with rounded windows and Pompei Roman clay roof tiles. Floor to ceiling imported marble bathrooms. Sheoak timber flooring and has gas heating and air conditioning.

* Before you embark on your excursions, kindly remember to switch off the air conditioning and gas heaters.

**Living Room**

* For a delightful musical experience, connect your devices to the AUX input of the amplifier in the cabinet (we've left it on for your convenience).
* To illuminate the room, simply press the red button on the small white Kambrook remote.
* The gas heaters provide warmth in a matter of minutes, but please exercise caution as young children may not be familiar with their operation.

**Upstairs Lounge**

* Please be mindful of the open windows in the upstairs lounge, as they may pose a potential risk, particularly for our little ones. Enjoy the view with care.

**Outdoor Serenity**

* Discover the enchanting new water feature located outside. Simply switch it on at the outside wall and allow the soothing sounds of cascading water to transport you to a state of tranquility.

**Your Private Retreat**

*one office and master bedroom are personal spaces, so these areas are restricted .
* The garage is also off-limits for guests, but don't worry, there's ample space elsewhere to store your belongings.
