- There is no laundry and no onsite parking

- The communal rooftop pool is currently unavailable until August 2025

- To ensure your comfort, please be aware that the studio's heating and cooling system is centrally controlled via the main unit, meaning simultaneous heating and cooling isn't possible. Should the heating feel too warm, the fan option is available for your use.
