This home is well located overlooking the Mandurah Marina and close to beautiful local beaches.

This home is well located overlooking the Mandurah Marina and close to beautiful local beaches. Free Wifi - you can also visit the many restaurants, hotels and cafes at the Marina and the foreshore. It is only a short walk to the Movie Theatre and the local Performing Arts Centre. Relax in the sun room with a book, take in the water views, or go crabbing at your back door for our famous Blue Manna Crabs. You can see our local dolphins in the bay, kayak supplied by owner if you wish to have a closer look at them. Main house has 3 bedrooms with a Queen and 2 single beds in the other 2 and bathroom, Each primary bedroom is elegantly situated on the second floor. Below is another room with a table tennis table and a single bed with a trundle bed as well. There is a toilet and seperate bathroom/laundrydownstairs as well. Dishwasher and Electrolux pod machine and large BBQ recently added. Small pets with a $100 pet fee.

DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

A wonderful view, excellent location.

Exactly what I was looking for. A tidy, clean and modern beach shack with a view overlooking the marina. Walking distance to everything- the bridge, esplanade and the marina. I’ll be coming back.

Location and value for money

This house is in a great location within a 10 minute walk to Dolphin Quay, with direct water access (gated) if you want to kayak. It was so nice sitting on the deck overlooking the water. It’s older style but this is reflected in the cost, and it’s spacious with good furnishings and all you need. Note that access to the downstairs 4th bedroom/ table tennis room and to the 2nd bathroom/Laundry is external.

School spring break

We had a lovely stay in Mandurah particularly notable because I hadn’t read the listing properly and Shona very calmly helped me through the check in process. The house was perfect for our needs. The kids took the kayaks on the marina and we relaxed on the deck. Mandurah was such an easy place to be and I felt comfortable giving the girls (both12) the freedom to investigate on their own

House in great location and had what we were chasing. Should have been communicated that the hot water system needed to be on as we had cold showers first night, but was resolved with a phone call to agent. House is a little wonky in places but the house had everything we needed and suited our needs, kids loved the fishing from little beach at back of house

I think this is the 4th time we have stayed. A few maintenance issues that were advised. Only negative is you need shade on the deck out the back. We set up our gazebo but would be great if we didn’t have to take.

Great location, very clean , everything you need is supplied by the host, very well equipped. The only issue I had was the stairs for my 86 year old father but in fairness the I hadn't mentioned I was taking an elderly person, perhaps it could be mentioned in the description. Thanks for a great stay

Good old fashioned holiday

The location of this older style beach home is fantastic and it’s just a short walk to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Everything that you need is supplied , comfy bed, neat clean and tidy. Shona was very helpful with the booking and check in and this was very much appreciated. The only thing that spoilt it was the group of homeless people who moved onto the vacant block next door two nights prior to our departure. The first night it was only two people in a tent and it was no bother, the second night a further tent and a swag with additional people arrived. We found this disconcerting as a loud argument went on well into the early hours and I found myself awake listening for noises. We also felt uncomfortable sitting outside on the deck and being in the garden area. Just put a damper on what had been a great stay.

Great location

Location was great… short walk to Town Beach, the public jetty, the foreshore and cafes. We caught fish and crabs off the public jetty and also directly from the house’s shore. The house itself is old but neat and tidy. All the amenities and appliances worked perfectly. We found it had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids really loved the big front and back yard, and access to the water from the property. A couple of things to be aware of with the property though… there are quite a few stairs at the front of the house leading to an ageing deck so probably not great for elderly guests or those with a baby and pram etc. Also, the life jackets for the kayak are very old and no longer safe to use, neither is the ping pong table.

Unfortunately the property was advertised as dog friendly which is not the case. The property is not fenced properly in the back yard which resulted in my dog getting out. The property backs onto the water as well as a main road. My dog was nearly hit by cars which caused a very unpleasant stay, we ended up leaving the property a lot earlier then we had booked for because I did not feel safe staying at the property after this point.
