Plenty of room for us all. Everything we needed. Friar Tucks Irish pub walking distance good family food and value for money. Not far from one of the giants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property despite testing positive for Covid-19 during our stay. The property manager Shona was very helpful and easy to contact. This house had everything we needed during our stay and was clean and comfortable. The perfect holiday home for a large family.
The property was suitable for our needs and it was clean.
The surrounding area was not great although it was a short walk to the canals and estuary which were lovely.
The rules of the house were quite negative and punitive, with several dire warning signs regarding bins and bbq use. The requirement to strip beds/empty dishwasher and sweep floors etc was a bit much.
Had a really great time. Very relaxing.
Walking distance to the Cut tavern - lovely pub food.
Close to Tim's Thickett for awesome beach 4WD...can drive all the way to Preston Beach.

Soooo clean. Could not fault anything really. Bedding & towels supplied were clean fresh soft.
Mattress not the best but I'm a bit fussy with my mattress!!!

Some of the plates were not washed well. One of the pans had food still in the bottom of it. The mugs had to be scrubbed to remove the coffee/tea stains. The back yard and garage was full of leaves, this was swept before we left. in one of the spare bedrooms the shelve in the cupboards was on the ground. The blinds did not cover some windows hence someone could peep in at night due to missing blinds.
The stay was ok but wouldn't stay there again.
Clean except don’t lift lounge cushions, everything in the place is very old & in need of maintenance. Most appliances are out of the seventies, could do with a good coat of paint, taps leaking, supposed to be 2 car garbage very difficult to get out of cars as there is 2 fridges on one side & shelving on the other.
